Since we exclusively offer ready-made models for which any necessary accessory parts have already been supplied at the factory, we can only deal with complaints in the case of Conrad original models. In order to be able to deal properly with your request, we need the following:

  1. Art. no. of the relevant model
  2. Details of the missing/defective part
  3. Your full address, including phone number/e-mail address so we can contact you

We accept no liability for any damage resulting from improper handling of the model. Furthermore, we shall give no consideration to claims where modifications have been made to the original model. Costs for repairs and postage/packing in the case of incorrect handling or costs for corrective maintenance for models that are no longer in their as-delivered condition shall be charged based on the actual costs incurred (payable before delivery). Please bear in mind that you are responsible for any modifications made to models.
